Monster Shop Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile application Pie in the Sky (the “App”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices in compliance with the Google Play Families Policy, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Our Commitment to Kids' Safety

Our App is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) except as permitted by law. We do not include any behavioral advertising or social media plug-ins that track children.

2. Information We Collect

We strive to collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide a fun and functional gaming experience.

• Non-Personal Data (Technical Information): We may collect non-identifiable information such as device type, operating system version, and anonymized gameplay statistics (e.g., levels completed). This is used solely to support the internal operations of the App, such as fixing bugs and improving game balance.
• Persistent Identifiers: We may use IP addresses or unique device identifiers solely for "internal operations," such as maintaining app functionality, authenticating users, or limiting the number of times a certain screen is shown. We do not use this data to profile or track users across other apps.
• No Personal Information: We do not ask for names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers from our child users.

3. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The App offers a one-time In-App Purchase to unlock the "Full Game."

• Parental Gate: To ensure children do not make unauthorized purchases, all purchase requests are protected by a "Parental Gate." An adult must solve a challenge or enter a password to proceed to the payment screen.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are handled securely by the Google Play Billing System. We do not see or store your credit card or financial information.

4. Third-Party Services

We only use third-party SDKs (Software Development Kits) that are approved for use in Google Play’s Families program.

• Analytics: We may use anonymized analytics (e.g., Firebase) to understand how the game is played. These tools are configured to be COPPA/GDPR compliant and do not collect personal identifiers.
• Advertising: If the free version includes ads, they are strictly "contextual" (based on the content of the app, not the user's behavior) and provided by Google-certified Ad SDKs for Families.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not collect personal information (like names or emails), we do not maintain a database of personal user records. Any technical data used for internal operations is deleted once it is no longer needed for its specific purpose.

6. Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

1. Review any information we may have collected about your child (though we aim to collect none).
2. Request the deletion of any such information.
3. Refuse further collection or use of your child's information.
